    Lunches during the congress

    We strongly recommend that you book lunches, because not many restaurants are open this period. The lunch is cooked food served with salad, bread and beverage.

    All prices are in Swedish currency (SEK).
    25% VAT will be added in accordance with Swedish tax legislation.  Swedish VAT 25% must be paid by participants from outside Sweden. This is refunded to academic institutions after application to the Swedish tax authorities.

    For participants within EU: Please contact your local government office for tax regulation and you will do the application from your country.
    For participants outside EU: Please go to Skatteverket and find information and application for sending in to Sweden regarding refund of Swedish VAT.

    Cancellation of registration

    Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to Congrex Sweden.

    • Cancellation of registration will be accepted until June 10, 2012 and the total amount will be refunded less a cancellation fee of 500 SEK.
    • We regret that no refund can be made for any cancellation received after June 10, 2012.

    If you cannot attend, your registration is transferable to another member of your organisation. Please inform Congrex Sweden in writing as soon as possible to whom your registration should be transferred to, in order to be able to print the correct name on the badge and also on the rooming list to the hotel.

    Cancellation of hotel reservation

    Cancellation of hotel reservation must be made in writing and sent to Congrex Sweden.

    • Cancellation of any hotel nights reserved will be accepted until June 10, 2012 and the total amount will be refunded less a cancellation fee of SEK 200.
    • Should you cancel your reservation after June 10, 2012 or if you arrive later or leave earlier than on the dates indicated on your reservation form, the total accommodation amount will be charged and no refunds can be made, as the hotel will charge no-show costs. If your reservation goes to no show i.e. you never cancelled or arrived at the hotel you will be charged for the total amount of your accommodation.

    Full hotel pre-payment is required to guarantee your hotel reservation.

    No room can be guaranteed until Congrex Sweden has received your hotel pre-payment.

    If you are entitled to a refund please note that refunds will be made after the congress.
